Online Discussion Group with Greg  acim study groups
I invite you to dive deeper with me into the practical application of the Course every Tuesday for an Unwind Your Mind online study group at 7:30 pm CET (which is 12:30 pm CDT, my current time zone in Mexico). You can determine what time this is in your part of the world by visiting: www.everytimezone.com.
These meetings are held via Zoom Video Conferencing, a subscription based means of video-chatting for large groups. To find out about all of the current worldwide groups meeting in person or online, please visit our map of facilitators.
The hour-and-a-half sessions flow like this*:
  • Opening song
  • Silent meditation for five minutes
  • Opening prayer and sharing of the Group Guidelines and Intention (click here to read
    these).
  • An “expression session.” Anyone may clear their mind by expressing a present upsetting  thought and giving it to Holy Spirit. This is a time for us to listen with True Empathy and  follow the Clarity Process guidelines.
  • The meeting is opened up for a discussion focused on the ideas in the book.
  • Closing song

*NOTE: Every two months this group will instead watch a movie with ACIM-based commentary for the purpose of healing.

Join David Hoffmeister at the 2018 ACIM Conference in San Francisco

Mystic David Hoffmeister is a living demonstration that peace is possible. His gentle demeanor and articulate, non-compromising expression are a gift to all. He is known for his practical application of the non-dual teachings necessary to experience the Unified Mind. His clarity about the function of forgiveness in spiritual awakening and his radical use of mindful movie-watching in the release of judgment is unsurpassed. The purity of the message he shares points directly to the Source. Over the past 31 years, David has traveled to 44 countries across 6 continents to extend the message that Truth is available for everyone, now. David’s message speaks to all people, regardless of whether their background is religious, spiritual, or scientific. He is as comfortable delving into the metaphysics of the movie The Matrix , as he is in pointing to the underlying meaning of the scriptures in the Bible. David’s own journey involved the study of many pathways, culminating in a deeply ...

A Course in Miracles Teacher Talks About God, The Bible, Ego, ACIM and Advaita Vedanta

David Hoffmeister— A Course in Miracles Teacher: The Bible told us, "Hold  no graven images before the Lord, thy God." It wasn't talking about totem  poles or golden calves, like we thought. It was actually talking about anything  in time and space that you hold more valuable than God or your true Self.  Anything that you hold more valuable than God or our true Self will block you  from the awareness of love.  Spirit is not a religion or a theology. Spirit and love is a state of mind. You  can't know that presence as long as you value anything else besides that  presence. That's why with all the commandments; the two that Jesus emphasized  was, "Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and soul and mind."  And, "Love thy neighbor as thy self." Not as a separate entity or a  separate being. So, when the song we listened to earlier said, "You literally are your brother. You literally are your sister," it's pointing  to all ...

How we search church on the Hills

How we search church on the Hills   How we search church on the Hills? First, he goes to his favorite search engine. Or perhaps he has a search engine toolbar installed in his web browser, so he can search directly from his web browser. Bill's favorite search engine is probably Google, as Google performs about 63% of all searches (4% of those are results it supplies to AOL), followed by Yahoo at about 21%, MSN around 8%, and Ask around 4%. No other search engine cracks the 1% mark. If you're a pastor or church web administrator why should these numbers matter to you? Because Google is so dominant, how your church website ranks in Google is much more important than any other search engine. When assessing how your church website is doing in search engines, focus primarily on how its doing in Google. Improving your search rankings in Google will bring many times more visitors than improving your search rankings in other search engines. Next Bill types a phrase i...
